TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. 387 OF 2023
By Gordon Akoko Achila, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Onguka Orwa, who died at Kanyawanga Sub-location, on 20th December, 1986.
CAUSE NO. E5 OF 2026
By Judith Akinyi Odhiambo, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paul Odhiambo alias Paul Odhiambo Otiende, who died at Suna Nyabisawa Location, on 7th October, 2008.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
