TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E47 OF 2026
By (1) Melda Anyango Mito and (2) Perez Achieng Okoth, the deceased’s widow and sister-in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Zablon Okoth Ouma alias Zablon Okoth, who died on 4th July, 1986.
CAUSE NO. E49 OF 2026
By Joab Okeyo Isaka, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Isaka Owuro Adhoga alias Isaka Owuro Andhoga, who died on 6th July, 1996.
CAUSE NO. E51 OF 2026
By Helena Adhiambo Olung’a, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Olunga Oloo alias Jeremiah Olunga Oloo, who died on 10th June, 1990.
CAUSE NO. E62 OF 2026
By John Ouogo Ogwel, of P.O. Box 566–40400, Suna Migori in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Osweli Oyuki alias Osweli Oyugi alias Ogwel Oyugi, who died at Winam Sub-location, on 10th May, 1988.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
