TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E488 OF 2025
By Dominic Motari Orori, of P.O. Box 590–40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Patrick Orori alias Patrick Orori Oba, who died on 1st August, 2013.
CAUSE NO. E536 OF 2025
By (1) Leonard Onyango Ongoro and (2) Lilian Anyango Okande, both of P.O. Box 2554, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s brother and widow, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Ogutu Ongoro, who died on 27th March, 2016.
CAUSE NO. E22 OF 2026
By Aloys Nyaguchi Masese, of P.O. Box 590–40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Masese Orwaru, who died at Mwamosioma Sublocation, on 20th December, 1976.
CAUSE NO. E38 OF 2026
By Maria Kwamboka Omanga, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Andrew Omanga Omanga, who died at RAM Hospital in Kenya, on 14th January, 2017.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
