IN THE SENIOR PRINCIPAL MAGISTRATE’S COURT AT LIMURU
PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION
TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E35 OF 2024
By (1) Salome Wanjiku Kimani and (2) Ceciliah Wanjiru Kimani, both of P.O. Box 240–00218, Ngecha in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Edward Kuna Kimondo alias Edward Kuna Kimando alias Kimando Edward, who died at 64 Weed Street, Lowell, MA, on 7th April, 2019.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
