TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E23 OF 2023
By Sherry Kithome Kilii, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Kithome Kilii, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 20th August, 1993.
CAUSE NO. E77 OF 2025
By Peter Muumbi, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muumbi Mbuvi alias Mumbi Mbuvi, who died at Kibwezi Sub-county Hospital in Kenya, on 8th August, 2016.
CAUSE NO. E3 OF 2026
By George Nditika N. Kala, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nzioki Kalia Lumba alias Nzioki Kala, who died at Kyemundu, on 27th March, 1991.

The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
