TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E48 OF 2026
By John Okonji Chabuya Teyie, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Teyie Nachelo Okusimba alias Teyie Manjero, who died at Itumbu, on 10th October, 1986.
CAUSE NO. E74 OF 2026
By Benard Inyangu Gweyani, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Henry Gweyani Enyangu alias Gweyani Enyangu, who died at Muhanda Sub-location, on 29th June, 2011.
CAUSE NO. E83 OF 2026
By Rael Mwenesi Dali, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jackson Anduvate Kavehere alias Kavehere A. Jackson, who died on 8th July, 2025.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
