IN THE SENIOR PRINCIPAL MAGISTRATE’S COURT AT MUMIAS
PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION
TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E63 OF 2022
By (1) Fezwa Wesonga, (2) Ernest Shikuku Akwabi and (3) Omari wesonga Mukabe, all of P.O. Box 901, Mumias in Kenya, the deceased’s sons and grandson, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Adiriano Akwabi Wesonga alias Adiriano Wesonga, who died on 2nd October, 1985.
CAUSE NO. E24 OF 2026
By (1) Dorina Emitewa Chitechi and (2) Timothy Musungu, both of P.O. Box 163, Mumias in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter-in-law and grandson, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elisha Omugisu Zakayo alias Elisha Omuchisu Zakayo, who died on 7th March, 1998.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
