By (1) Lucy Waithira Ndungu and (2) Nicholas Ng’ang’a Ndung’u, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Ndungu Mugacia alias Peter Ndungu Mugwacia alias Ndungu Mugacia, who died on 26th November, 2022.

By Joseph Kinuthia Kamotoku, of P.O. Box 12, Gatura in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kamotoku Mbacio, who died at Mbugiti, on 25th March, 2022.

By Samuel Kungu Mbogo, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Mbogo Kungu, who died at Kimakia Sub-location, on 15th February, 2025.
CAUSE NO. E31 OF 2026
By Simon Kuruma Kinyanjui, of P.O. Box 490, Thika in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samson Kinyanjui Kigia alias Kinyanjui Kigia, who died at St. Matia Mulumba Hospital in Kenya, on 9th April, 2022.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
