TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E77 OF 2025
By James Kipkatam Chebii, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipruto Kendagor Bargoria, who died at Sego Sub-location, Keiyo South, on 20th April, 1995.
CAUSE NO. E97 OF 2025
By Constantine Jemaiyo Chebiego, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Julius Kipkurgat Chebiego, who died on 4th June, 2017.
CAUSE NO. E104 OF 2025
By Pius Kosgei Kibet, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Chebet Chebiego Cheboi alias Chebet Chebiego, who died on 3rd March, 2017.

By Luka Kimaio Kiptum, the deceased’s son, of P.O. Box 30700, Iten in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiptum Kimisoi Rurtakut alias Kiptum Kimisoi Wantagut, who died at Tambach Sub-county Hospital in Kenya, on 7th March, 1995.
CAUSE NO. E6 OF 2026
By (1) Esther Kipprop and (2) Robert Kiptanui Chirchir, both of P.O. Box 27, Kapcherop in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipprop Lagat, who died at Moi Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 16th April, 2003.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
