CAUSE NO. E256 OF 2025
By Violet Wanjeru Njuki, of P.O. Box 76, Embu in Kenya, the deceased’s father, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Njuki Kivindu Rwanda alias Njuki Kivindu, who died at Chest & Kings Clinic, on 8th March, 2025.
CAUSE NO. E284 OF 2025
By Fidas Mati Njeri, of P.O. Box 97, Siakago in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Njeri Ciarago, who died at Embu Hospital in Kenya, on 26th January, 2023.
CAUSE NO. E2 OF 2026
By Virginia Njeri, of P.O. Box 226–60113, Kiritiri in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Simon Kithiru alias Simeon Kithiru, who died at Kindaruma Sub-location, on 15th December, 1993.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
