IN THE PRINCIPAL MAGISTRATE’S COURT AT NDIHWA
PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION
TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E325 OF 2025
By (1) Tom Owino Rayola and (2) Kennedy Ukeh Rayola, both of P.O. Box 89, Ogongo in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samwel Rayola Odyo alias Rayola Odyo, who died on 20th December, 2018.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
