TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E38 OF 2025
By (1) Derick Karisa Juma, (2) Onesmus Ngowa Juma, (3) Vincent Bahati Juma and (4) Harriet Shida Juma, all of P.O. Box 377, Kaloleni in Kenya, the deceased’s sons and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Juma Onesmus Ngowa Gilbert, who died on 30th May, 2022.
CAUSE NO. E2 OF 2026
By Kashuru Mweni Moki, c/o P.O. Box 226-80105, Kaloleni in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Namba Moki Kanyule, who died at Kuruwitu, on 12th June, 1993.
CAUSE NO. E3 OF 2026
By Joseph Kenga Ngumbao, c/o P.O. Box 226-80105, Kaloleni in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ngumbao Moki, who died at Mihingoni, on 7th November, 1983.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
