IN THE SENIOR RESIDENT MAGISTRATE’S COURT AT KENOL
PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION
TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E2 OF 2025
By Lucy Wambui Wamwere, of P.O. Box 28-01015, Ithanga in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wamwere Makumi, who died at Mianyani, on 17th January, 2014.
CAUSE NO. E158 OF 2025
By (1) Alice Muringa Waweru and (2) John Mbugua Waweru, both of P.O. Box 5235-01000, Thika in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Waweru Ng’ang’a, who died at Kihumbu, Kaharati, on 8th February, 1990.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
