TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E47 OF 2025
By Brian Lijoodi Mutumbi, of P.O. Box 1281, Kakamega in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Penina Kamula Mutumbi, who died on 25th September, 2024.
CAUSE NO. E3 OF 2026
By (1) Roseline Khavere Fedha, (2) Elizabeth Mbayaji Fedha and (3) Nostus Isaiah Fedha, all of P.O. Box 240, Kipkaren in Kenya, the deceased’s daughters and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jackson Fedha Luvayo alias Jackson Lubayo, who died on 4th October, 2024.
CAUSE NO. E5 OF 2026
By (1) Emmy Kadenyi Mwigai and (2) Justine Afandi, both of P.O. Box 2562, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s daughters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wilberforce Musira Munubi, who died on 6th March, 2020.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
