By Esther Waithira Kiarie, of P.O. Box 13317-20100, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Kiarie Mataara, who died at Passenga, Silanga, on 17th January, 2024.
