By (1) Wesonga Keith Jacob and (2) Beth Rebecach Nasabo, both of P.O. Box 62017-00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, through Messrs. TMM & Partners, advocates of Nairobi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Fredrick Peter Imbuyi, who died at Kenyatta University Teaching, Referral and Research Hospital in Kenya, on 25th November, 2024.

Sichangi Nyongesa, advocate of Nairobi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Annabell Waruguru Kanguru, late of Murang’a West, who died at Nairobi West Hospital in Kenya, on 6th October, 2024.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
