TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E594 OF 2025
By (1) Samwel Kamau Kinyanjui and (2) Mary Wanjiru Kinyanjui, both of P.O. Box 1072-20100, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sammy Kinyanjui Kariuki, who died at Karunga Sub-location, on 4th May, 2016.
CAUSE NO. E706 OF 2025
By Elizabeth Wanjiru Njoroge, of P.O. Box 16461-20100, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Shadrack Njoroge Kahoro, who died at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Kenya, on 22nd November, 2025.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
