PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION
TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E35 OF 2025
By (1) Ruth Wanjira Kamau and (2) Esbom Muturi Kamau, both of P.O. Box 13153-00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samson Kamau Ngamatte, who died on 2nd August, 2021.
CAUSE NO. E4 OF 2026
By (1) Moureen Nashipae Sancha and (2) Samuel Lasiti Keshanto, both of P.O. Box 13153-00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter and uncle, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Esther Ngeseni Wambui, who died at Cana Hospital in Kenya, on 4th July, 2024.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
