By Josephine Kathy Ameli, of P.O. Box 123, Khayega in Kenya, the deceased’s widow for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Gazan Makatiani alias Joseph Makadian alias Joseph Gazan, who died on 3rd March, 2016.

By Lucy Muhanga Khayechia, of P.O. Box 123, Khayega in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Edward Masengo Makatiani alias Edward Makadian alias Edward Makatiani, who died at Provincial General Hospital in Kenya, on 15th May, 2007.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
