CAUSE NO. E10 OF 2026
By Everlyne Fwamba, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Fwamba Situma Wabuteya alias Fwamba Situma, who died on 14th September, 2018.
CAUSE NO. E25 OF 2026
By Francis Siekisa Waliamboka, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Njorege Buluma Sawenja, who died at Kituni Sub- location, on 19th May, 2020.
CAUSE NO. E44 OF 2026
By Simion Chengoli Limunyasi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Cheng’oli Lumunyasi alias Alfayo Chengoli Lumunyasi, who died at District Hospital, Bungoma in Kenya, on 21st August, 1987.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
