TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E37 OF 2026
By Mary Wairimu Njenga, of P.O. Box 125- 00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Njuguna Ngugi, who died on 23rd March, 2015.
CAUSE NO. E70 OF 2026
By Lilian Nyambura Mungai, of P.O. Box 23071, Lower Kabete in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter- in- law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Francis Gitau Kamau, who died on 16th November, 2018.
CAUSE NO. E71 OF 2026
By Virginia Wangari Mbugua, of P.O. Box 1964- 00902, Kikuyu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Mbugua Mungai, who died on 7th January, 2011.
CAUSE NO. E74 OF 2026
By James Kamondia Gikonyo, of P.O. Box 1300- 00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gikonyo Thata, who died on 7th August, 2001.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
