TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E17 OF 2026
By (1) Stephen Muiruri Kamau and (2) George Njoroge Ngethe, both of P.O. Box 4210- 01002, Thika in Kenya, the deceased’s grandsons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kamau Kinuuthia, who died at Nazareth Hospital in Kenya, on 16th September, 1999.
CAUSE NO. E26 OF 2026
By Eliud Gitau Gathigi, of P.O. Box 72909- 00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Faith Wambui Gitau, who died at Labib Hospital in Kenya, on 3rd August, 2021.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
