CAUSE NO. E495 OF 2025
By Francis Mathenge Gichuhi, of P.O. Box 1337, Nyeri in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gichuhi Mwangi, who died on 13th June, 1959.
CAUSE NO. E43 OF 2026
By Jackson Gitahi Macharia, of P.O. Box 1337, Nyeri in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mary Mumbi Macharia, who died at Gathithi, on 10th June, 2013.
CAUSE NO. E46 OF 2026
By (1) Stephen Karanja Njenga and (2) Marion Yawira Ngatia, both of P.O. Box 38, Naromoru in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elizabeth Nyawira Njega, who died at District Hospital, Nanyuki in Kenya, on 7th February, 2018.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
