TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E158 OF 2025
By (1) Gabriel Maingi Mwangi and (2) Benjamin Ngahu Mwangi, both of P.O. Box 800, Naivasha in Kenya, the deceased’s children, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wangari Mwangi Maingi, who died at Kiriko Sub- location, on 27th October, 2023.
CAUSE NO. E160 OF 2025
By (1) Gabriel Maingi Mwangi and (2) Benjamin Ngahu Mwangi, both of P.O. Box 800, Naivasha in Kenya, the deceased’s brothers, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Teresiah Muthoni Mwangi, who died at Naivasha Sub- County Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 14th May, 2018.
CAUSE NO. E163 OF 2025
By David Maina Wainaina, of P.O. Box 9028- 00300, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Alice Mbaire Wainaina, who died at Kijabe A.I.C. Hospital in Kenya, on 18th April, 2022.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
