TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E209 OF 2025
By Edith Wanyaga, of P.O. Box 32, Manyatta in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Marigu Njeru, who died at Kyeni Hospital in Kenya, on 22nd June, 2024.
CAUSE NO. E268 OF 2025
By Lingara Ndwiga Njeru, of P.O. Box 526, Embu in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Benjamin Njuki Kirima, who died at Gichiche Sub- location, on 26th March, 2009.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
