TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E28 OF 2026
By (1) Kesei ene Runkes Leshinga and (2) Jackson Semenkur Lapit, the deceased’s widow and grandson, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Memusi ole Tiranka Leshinga, who died at Nkoile, on 6th December, 2001.
CAUSE NO. E30 OF 2026
By (1) Githiri Njonjo and (2) Juliet Gichiru Njung’e, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Winnie Waringa Njonjo, who died at Aga Khan Hospital in Kenya, on 5th April, 2004.

By (1) Jane Wanjiru Kahura, (2) Patrick Mbuthia Karanja, (3) Clement Nyingi Karanja and (4) Peter Njuguna Karanja, the deceased’s widow and sons, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Karanja Mbuthia alias James Karanja Titus Mbuthia, who died at Limuru Nursing Home, on 11th July, 2025.

By Santau ene Parmitu Melain, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Parmito ole Maleni Shampuri alias Parmito Maleni Shampuri, who died at Olepolos, on 18th December, 2025.

By Michael Gichuru Mungai, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mary Wanjiku Mungai, who died at M.P. Shah Hospital in Kenya, on 30th May, 2022.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
