TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E84 OF 2025
By (1) Ruth Wanjiru Mwathi and (2) Joseph Jorge Mwenga, the deceased’s widow and father, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joel Kamau Njoroge, who died at Kitengela, on 30th March, 2017.
CAUSE NO. E2 OF 2026
By Brian Kasaime Marona, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Philip Tajeu Marona alias Philip Tajeu ole Maruna, who died at Nairobi West Hospital in Kenya, on 22nd December, 2024.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
