TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E190 OF 2025
By (1) Micah Kipkirui Cheruiyot and (2) Kipngeno Cheruiyot Wesly, both of P.O. Box 5, Chebunyo in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of George Kipkemoi Chumo, who died at A.I.C. Litein Hospital in Kenya, on 13th November, 2019.
CAUSE NO. E19 OF 2026
By Gladys Chepkoech Kigen, of P.O. Box 25, Chebunyo in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James arap Kigen, who died at District Hospital, Kapkatet in Kenya, on 23rd September, 2021.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
