By Moses Gumola Mutsuni, of P.O. Box 894, Kapsabet in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Tomasi Muwine, who died at Kapchorwa, on 17th February, 2004.
CAUSE NO. E38 OF 2026
By Jonah Kipchirchir Sang, of P.O. Box 202, Nandi Hills in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Julius Kipsugut Chepkwony, who died at Kapsimatwo, on 21st September, 2002.

By Thomas Kimutai Kerich, of P.O. Box 3, Mosorit in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipkerich arap Chesugut, who died at Tebeson, on 30th November, 1977.

By Elizabeth Jepkorir Saina, of P.O. Box 30, Kapsabet in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiptoo arap Tarus, who died at Sironoi, on 19th August, 2024.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
