By Gidion Indiazi Sayi, of P.O. Box 1330-30300, Kapsabet in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Benson Sambuli Tseze, who died at Chamakanga Sub-location, on 22nd May, 2019.
CAUSE NO. E52 OF 2026
By Silvester Kipkorir Kisorio, of P.O. Box 30, Kapsabet in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kisorio arap Ngetich alias Kipsorio s/o Kimng’etich, who died at Meswo, on 28th September, 1985.
CAUSE NO. E54 OF 2026
By Benjamin Kipng’eno Koske, of P.O. Box 1330, Kapsabet in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipkosgei arap Koromicha, who died at Chemundu, on 1st September, 1991.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
