CAUSE NO. E18 OF 2026
By (1) Roslida Odhiambo Onyony, (2) Siprina Ajwang Onyony and (3) Peres Atieno Amollo, all of P.O. Box 162, Rangwe in Kenya, the deceased’s widows, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joel Onyony Ager alias Joel Onyony, who died on 15th July, 2000.

By Mary Agawo Oriwo, of P.O. Box 162, Rangwe in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ombidi Rayier, who died on 10th April, 2001.

By Esther Adhiambo Damba, of P.O. Box 281, Homa Bay in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Antony Omingo Obonyo alias Anton Omingo Obonyo alias Antony Omingo s/o Obonyo, who died on 23rd June, 1994.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
