CAUSE NO. E84 OF 2025
By Kahindi Kitsao Unda, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kitsao Unda Kalulu, who died on 16th April, 2017.
CAUSE NO. E153 OF 2025
By (1) Robert Mwanyanje Kitole and (2) Safari Chitole Karisa, the deceased’s son and uncle, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charo Kitole Gome, who died on 19th March, 2025.

By (1) David Mwalimu Choga, (2) Beatrice Sifa Mwalimu and (3) Anna Musenya Kivisu, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ronald Katana Daniel, who died on 19th May, 2019.

The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
