CAUSE NO. E9 OF 2026
By (1) Priscilla Wairimu Kamau, (2) Michael Kinya Kamau and (3) Patrick Kinya Kamau, all of P.O. Box 916-01000, Thika in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kamau Kinya, who died at Kariobangi, on 14th April, 1950.
CAUSE NO. E10 OF 2026
By (1) Virginia Waruga Kahogu and (2) Gidraph Thami Kahogu, both of P.O. Box 916-01000, Thika in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Kahogu Kinya alias John Kahugu Kinya, who died at Uhai Neema Hospital in Kenya, on 3rd June, 2021.

By Margaret Waithira Mutembura, of P.O. Box 916, Thika in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Mutembura, who died at Gatanga, on 23rd August, 2025.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
