TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E8 OF 2026
By (1) Mary Wanjiru Nduugu and (2) Francis Njuguna Nduugu, the deceased’s son and widow, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Nduugu Gachuhi, who died at N.C.R.H., on 5th October, 2018.
CAUSE NO. E19 OF 2026
By (1) Peter Muiruri Njuguna and (2) Michael Mwirigi Njuguna, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Njuguna Gacheru Gathu, who died at Gitumba Location, on 23rd February, 2005.

By John Muiruri Gathogo, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Godffrey Gathogo Mung’ara alias Godfrey Gathogo Mung’ara, who died at Kabati, on 14th December, 2021.

By Peter Ndegwa Githaiga, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Githaiga Diangui, who died at A.I.C., Kijabe Hospital in Kenya, on 9th June, 2019.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
