TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court
in:
CAUSE NO. E41 OF 2025
By (1) Fredrick Wanjala Shikanga and (2) Rodgers Sikanga Simiyu,
both of P.O. Box 7726–30100, Kitale in Kenya, for a grant of letters of
administration intestate to the estate of John Stanislaus Esibi, who died at
Jamaa Mission Hospitali n Kenya, on 4th February, 2021.
CAUSE NO. E46 OF 2025
By (1) Geofrey Festo Wafula and (2) Leonard Wanyonyi, both of
P.O. Box 12–30200, Kitale in Kenya, for a grant of letters of
administration intestate to the estate of Andrew Buyuni Wamatuba,
who died at Mwiba, on 10th November, 1978.
CAUSE NO. E72 OF 2025
By (1) Felicia Milembe Wekesa and (2) Carol Teresa Wekesa, for a
grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Japheth Wekesa
Manali, who died at Jamaa Waitaluk, on 49th February, 2025.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to
the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30)
days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
