TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E19 OF 2026
By Ferguson Mwendwa Kalundu, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Kalundu Musunza alias Kalundu Musunza, who died at Mater Hospital in Kenya, on 16th December, 1979.
CAUSE NO. E23 OF 2026
By Joseph Mulyungi Mwangangi, of P.O. Box 53- 90400, Mwingi in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwangangi Maithya Kitanga alias Mwangangi Maithya Kitinga, who died at Ithumbi Sub- location, on 12th June, 2022.
CAUSE NO. E25 OF 2026
By Joseph Mutia Syanda, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kakunu Syanda, who died at Musukuni Sub- location, on 10th April, 2014.
CAUSE NO. E26 OF 2026
By Mary Paul Syanda, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Tabitha Mbuthye Syanda, who died at Mutitu Sub- county Hospital in Kenya, on 28th June, 2025.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
