TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court
in:
CAUSE NO. E72 OF 2025
By (1) Beatrice Midecha Lijondi and (2) Beatrice Afandi Efeza, both
of P.O. Box 413–30200, Kitale in Kenya, for a grant of letters of
administration intestate to the estate of Shem Musalia Esendi, who died
at Mt. Elgon County Hospital in Kenya, on 18th February, 2020.
CAUSE NO. E85 OF 2025
By Stanley Makana, of P.O. Box 11–30200, Kitale in Kenya, for a
grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stephen
Nyanchage Gekonge, who died at Oasis Specialist Hospital in Kenya, on
24th December, 2014.
CAUSE NO. E91 OF 2024
By (1) Dickson Wafula Barasa, (2) Dancan Wekesa Barasa and (3)
Joseph Bradley Barasa, all of P.O. Box 3127–00200, Nairobi in
Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of
Julius Wamalwa Barasa, who died at Nabiswa, on 19th February,
2003.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to
the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30)
days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
