By Constantine Jemaiyo Chebiego, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Julius Kipkurgat Chebiego, who died on 4th June, 2017.

By Pius Kosgei Kibet, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Chebet Chebiego Cheboi alias Chebet Chebiego, who died on 3rd March, 2017.

By (1) Joseph Kipchoge Kwambai and (2) Albina Saniako Cheruiyet, the deceased’s brother and widow, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Cheruiyet Kigen, who died at Kipka, on 30th January, 2023.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
