TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E67 OF 2025
By (1) Nancy Auma Okwach and (2) Dorothy Adhimano Odundo, the deceased’s daughters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lukas Wanjira Jalango, who died at Buoye Sub- location, on 17th April, 2001.
CAUSE NO. E32 OF 2026
By Mary Akinyi Mbayi, of P.O. Box 49, Rabour in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lewnadus Biele Oim alias Bele Oim, who died at Kawese Mayenya, East Kolwa, on 28th April, 1989.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
