PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION
TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E9 OF 2026
By Wycliffe Akanyo Musungu, of P.O. Box 85, Amukura in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Francis Onyanga, who died at Okisimo, on 15th August, 2025.
CAUSE NO. E10 OF 2026
By Joseph Omada Idogo, of P.O. Box 7, Amukura in Kenya, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Vincent Omuse Idoko, who died at Amukura Sublocation, on 3rd November, 1981.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
