By Stephen Mwangi Ndeithi, of P.O. Box 425- 10101, Karatina in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Wanjau Kairia alias Wanjau s/o Kairia, who died on 19th November, 1993.
CAUSE NO. E22 OF 2026
By (1) Peter Mugweru Maina and (2) Charles Njogu Maina, both of P.O. Box 131, Karatina in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wilson Maina Wamugunda, who died at Ruturu, Kabiruini, on 27th April, 1999.

By Consolata Waithiegeni Gichuhi, of P.O. Box 2058- 10101, Karatina in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Francis Kibera Waichuga alias Francis Kibira Waicuga alias Francis, who died at Karatina Sub- county Hospital in Kenya, on 16th March, 2024.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
