PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION
TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E4 OF 2026
By (1) Jamlick Kariuki Mururi and (2) Justin Murimi Njiru, both of P.O. Box 226, Kiritiri in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mururi Nditu, who died at Riachina Sub-location, on 25th November, 2023.
CAUSE NO. E16 OF 2026
By Kaudesia Mati Mbururi, of P.O. Box 20, Siakago in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mbururi Kibukori, who died at Embu Children Hospital in Kenya, on 1st July, 2017.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
