TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E290 OF 2024
By George Amenya Oyebo, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gabriel Ohowa Oyebo, who died on 28th March, 1998.
CAUSE NO. E48 OF 2026
By (1) Gabriel Oloo Ochoro, (2) Chrispine Ouoch Ochieng and (3) Vincent Ouma Muga, the deceased’s brother and sons, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Maurice Muga Ochoro, who died on 19th August, 2025.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
