TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E14 OF 2025
By (1) Mbarak Said and (2) Mohammed Kiplagat Said, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Said Kipkemboi Mbarak Kogo, who died on 18th September, 1996.
CAUSE NO. E2 OF 2026
By Naila Hajee, of 84, Mowatt Court, Thornhill, Ontario, L3T 6V9, Canada, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Madatali Bhanji Mitha, who died in Canada, on 1st August, 2020.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
