TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E81 OF 2025
By (1) Tarun Sabharwalal (Dr.) and (2) Sangeeta Zahir Habib Jiwan, both of P.O. Box 83471, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration with will to the estate of Sabharwal Kiran Kanta, who died at Nyali, Mombasa, on 4th August, 2025.
CAUSE NO. E99 OF 2025
By Helen Elizabeth Feiler, the deceased’s mother, for a grant of probate of the will to the estate of Rachael Stephanie Feiler, who died at Porthia South Place, St. Just Penzance, Cornwall, on 8th October, 2025.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
