TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E3 OF 2026
By (1) Francis Kimani Nduati, (2) Esther Wangari Nduati and (3) Harun Karanja Nduati, all of P.O. Box 1738-20117, Naivasha in Kenya, the deceased’s children, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jecinta Ruguuru Wamaitha, who died at Sokoni, on 4th July, 2024.
CAUSE NO. E4 OF 2026
By (1) Anthony Njuguna Mwangi and (2) Kefa Maina Mwangi, both of P.O. Box 60240-00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s children, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Mwangi Gateri, who died at Avenue, Parklands, on 4th June, 2023.

By (1) Eunice Nyaguthi Koroi, (2) Milkah Wanjiru Nganga, (3) Simon Munene Nganga and (4) Daniel James Ngahu Nganga, all of P.O. Box 287-20117, Naivasha in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and children, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samson Nganga Mwangi, who died at Aga Khan University Hospital in Kenya, on 30th June, 2024.

By Caroline Jemeli Mose, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charles Nyaosi Mose Massee, who died at Kipkonyo Sub-location, on 26th April, 2025.

By (1) Mary Muthoni Ndua and (2) Charles Kenda Ndua, both of P.O. Box 1, Gilgil in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Francis Ndua Minai, who died on 4th October, 2024.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
