CAUSE NO. E216 OF 2026
By (1) Elizabeth Mumbi Nngui and (2) Maina Nngui, both of P.O. Box 390-00515, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, and named executrix, executor and trustees of the deceased’s will, through Messrs. Kinyua Awuor Associates, advocate, for a grant of letters of probate of the last will to the estate of Evan Nngui Kamau alias Evan Jonah Nngui Kamau alias Evan Nngui, late of Kenol, who died at Murang’a Sub-county Hospital in Kenya, on 25th March, 2025.

By Zein Hassanali Dhanidina alias Zein Hassanali Kassam Charania alias Zein Hassanali Charania, of 8, Miriam Crescent, Richmond Hill, Ontario, L4B, 2P4, Canada, the deceased’s granddaughter, through Messrs. M. Mutua & Co., advocates, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jenabai Charania alias Jenabai Kassam V. Charaniya, late of Charania, who died at Ontario, Canada, on 1st January, 1997.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
