CAUSE NO. E408 OF 2023
By Mourice Abich Aywa, of P.O. Box 160, Homa Bay in Kenya,
the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to
the estate of Paulus Away Okinda alias Paul Aywa Okinda, who died
at Kalanya Kanyango, on 18th August, 1991.
CAUSE NO. E404 OF 2024
By Francis Owino Ogwell, of P.O. Box 59, Rangwe in Kenya, the
deceased’s cousin, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to
the estate of Aloo Achienga, who died at Gongo, on 1st September,
1991.

the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate

to the estate of William Onyango Odhiambo, who died at Kamaoga
Kanyanjwa, on 15th August, 2007.

By (1) Joice Atieno Nyamala and (2) Alphonce Otieno, both of
P.O. Box 58, Homa Bay in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son,
respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the
estate of John Denge Nyamala alias John Nyamala, who died at Homa
Bay County Teaching and Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 18th
September, 2023.

the deceased’s mother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate
to the estate of John Odhiambo Okelo alias Charles Odhiambo Okelo,
who died at Kanam, on 10th October, 1995.

By Dorina Ochogo Odhoch, of P.O. Box 561, Homa Bay in
Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration
intestate to the estate of Walter Odhoch Nyatumbo alias Walter
Odhoch Nyotumba alias Odhoch Nyotumba, who died at Upper
Korayo, on 10th May, 2019.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to
the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30)
days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
