CAUSE NO. E53 OF 2026
By Lily Chemutai Kalya, of P.O. Box 123, Keringet in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Daniel Kipyegon Ngeno, who died at District Hospital, Molo in Kenya, on 4th January, 2010.
CAUSE NO. E69 OF 2026
By (1) Jecinta Wambui Njuguna and (2) Peter Kiarie Njuguna, both of P.O. Box 441, Elburgon in Kenya, the deceased’s children, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Njuguna Kiarie, who died on 10th June, 2025.
CAUSE NO. E77 OF 2026
By Sang Gilbert Kipyegon, of P.O. Box 217, Olenguruone in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joel Soi Langat alias Joel Soi A. Langat, who died at Goitab Silibwet, on 11th February, 2018.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
