TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E5 OF 2026
By Wilson Areba Okero, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Okero Getutu, who died at Gekeno, on 5th June, 2010.
CAUSE NO. E29 OF 2026
By James Ntakambi Ondieki, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mokaya Nyakambi, who died at Kiangoso, on 23rd April, 1976.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
